Pricing and Estimates Explained by Barnett Plumbing

We offer free on site estimates.  We can normally give a phone quote that is within a reasonable range for the plumbing problem that you are having.  If we cannot give a phone quote we can give you a free on site estimate.  We will come to your house, see the problem and give you an upfront flat rate price including labor and parts to get the problem solved.  If the job requires us to open up walls, climb under the house or dig we usually have to charge a diagnosis charge of $65 that will apply to the repair total.  If the customer cuts open the wall or digs up the problem we do not charge for an estimate.

We offer up front pricing before we do the work so there are no surprises.   Some customers want to know what our hourly rate is.  We do not offer hourly rate pricing because most people want to know what the total price is before we start working.  This eliminates any question about us trying to work slowly to make the job more expensive. 

Our pricing is very competitive.  We are a three person plumbing team that has box trucks stocked full of parts so that we can get the job done efficiently.  That allows us to be competitive in our pricing of the job.  Many times we have the parts on the truck that are needed and we can get the job done in one trip so you do not need to take time off work twice.  We prefer to make a customer happy and continue to get the plumbing referrals from them.  We stand behind all of our work with a 60 day guarantee minimum. 
With the economy in a rough state we have taken measures to tighten our pricing so we can be very competitive.
